This apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Marco, the property manager, was a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent communication. The apartment had excellent parking nearby and was in a great location on the waterfront. It was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay, including air conditioning. Marco even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is directly across from the ferry terminal, making it convenient for exploring the area. being just by the ferry port means easy access to transportation. the hotel is situated on the outskirts of the town, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the rooms are well-appointed and the bathrooms are clean and modern. the service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel also offers a variety of facilities, such as air conditioning, blackout blinds, and a washing machine, adding to the convenience and comfort of the guests. the views from the hotel rooms are breathtaking, providing a picturesque setting for a memorable stay.

One minor downside of the hotel is the presence of stairs. While not a significant issue, it may pose a challenge with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage.

The location of the apartment is mind-blowing, right in the heart of Bellagio with the lake and ferry terminal right next to it. The interior of the apartment is beautifully restored and decorated, mainly in white, giving it a modern and elegant feel. Everything is super clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, working perfectly to keep us cool. The service provided by the host was excellent. They went above and beyond by arranging free off-site car parking and providing a shuttle service to the apartment. We highly recommend taking a boat ride to Lenno and Varena, which are jaw-dropping locations nearby. our experience at this apartment was absolutely fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again.

Free parking saved me from having to pay for parking tickets. The free WiFi was great, I could post all my fabulous photos of the lake views. The location was so convenient, everything was just a short walk away.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful exercise I got from climbing all those stairs. So refreshing!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming rooftop apartment in the heart of Bellagio. The location was perfect, just steps away from the pier and the vibrant center of town with its restaurants and bars. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the stunning sunsets. Marco, our exceptional host, was always available and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even helped us with our luggage and provided detailed information about the area and the apartment. it was a highly satisfying experience!

Although the apartment required climbing several flights of stairs, I managed it fine. The stairs were not recommended for older individuals or those with mobility issues.

Loved our stay in Bellagio! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with modern amenities including a washing machine. The view overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the location couldn't have been better. We were right across from the wharf and close to everything in town. Plus, the apartment had air-conditioning and skylights with automatic blinds and shutters.

Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment. It's not suitable for people with mobility challenges, and the low ceilings in some areas can be a bit tricky for taller individuals.
